Excellent luxury property representing royal living. Good caring staff and warm welcome on arrival. Infrastructure is luxury and well planned.

I visited this property with my wife and to both our surprises we loved it way more than we thought we would. Starting from the phenomenal architecture and the warm welcome with dhol and shower of roses to extremely well behaved and generous staff and management, this property is all you need to experience Rajasthani hospitality. I will specially want to thank Albin who was our bartender for 3 straight days every time we were at the bar/lounge area, he made the cocktails and the experience both worth it. Such a distinguished gentleman he was and made our stay feel like home. Not to forget Haseen who gave us a grand welcome at the gate, Shivani and Anuj made our restaurant experience 10 times better. And Yogesh from Zarin made the best Japenese cocktails. The entire Fairmont team made sure our stay was nothing less than perfection. Property is clean and well maintained and the rooms are serviced well. With an ethereal view of Aravalli this property is a must visit.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality and friendly smiles. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views. The food across the property—from the buffet to the Zola restaurant—was consistently excellent, with the team happily accommodating our special requests. The high tea experience was a delightful surprise, featuring local performances like traditional dance and puppet shows, paired with delicious snacks. A special thanks to Aditya, our dedicated host, who was incredibly attentive and just a message away. He went above and beyond—from helping us book spa appointments and special dinners to organizing a surprise birthday cake-cutting for my mom. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hasheem, who gave us a lovely tour of the hotel. His knowledge and warmth made it a memorable experience. Every team member—from reception to the dining staff—was outstanding. The welcome drummers and the live singer at the entrance set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a truly "Jaipury" experience. We’re already looking forward to returning. I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Jaipur for 3 nights during Diwali, and it was an unforgettable experience. As this was my first time staying with Fairmont, I was initially torn between the Leela Palace and Fairmont, given that this is Fairmont’s only property in India. However, from the moment we arrived, Fairmont Jaipur exceeded every expectation I had. The hotel is magnificent, and from the warm, traditional welcome to the unique evening ritual and the enchanting Shaam-e-Khaas, everything felt truly special. The food was exceptional, and I had the chance to dine at all three of their restaurants—Zarin, Zoya, and Zia. Each offered a distinct ambiance and culinary experience, making every meal memorable. A big part of what made our stay exceptional was the warm and caring staff. They made us feel at home from the very start, as if we’d known them for years. I would like to give a special mention to Niddhish, a new team member who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His dedication and responsiveness were remarkable—sometimes I was genuinely surprised at how he managed it all with such ease and kindness. He is a true gem, and we wish him the best!
